Innovative Control Cash Register for Filling Stations

"NBA Technologies International" LLC is a technology company operating since 2006 and is the official representative of "GRG Banking Equipment Co." and "PAX Technology." The company operates in the cities of Guba, Shamakhi, Shaki, Mingachevir, Ganja, Nakhchivan AR, and Lankaran.

The "iFiscal" equipment offered by NBA Technologies International LLC is a new-generation cash register specifically designed for filling stations, in compliance with the fiscal requirements of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The device's ability to reliably execute operations by integrating with the fuel pump at a filling station distinguishes it from other cash register solutions. This solution eliminates the need for filling station staff to manually enter a cash receipt, regardless of the payment type. This has been made possible by the integration of the new-generation cash register with the filling station. After refueling is complete, the cash terminal receives data from the pump, and a receipt is automatically printed. Payment information is sent to the tax service's server online.

In addition to the terminal, the software for "iFiscal" was developed by NBA Technologies International LLC, which positively affects the speed and quality of improvements and updates. While the installation of other cash registers requires an additional cost of 700-800 manats for a protective box and DCR equipment, the "iFiscal" equipment we have implemented requires no additional costs. This equipment meets all IP 54 requirements for protection against dust and moisture. The cash register interface is extremely simple and convenient.

All components of the cash register equipment we implement are manufactured using industrial methods, which positively affects their quality and durability.

We would also like to note that Azpetrol corporate cards were also developed by our company. Payments can be made via both the cards and the new application installed on mobile phones. This solution is integrated with the new-generation cash registers, and the process is automated.

The installation of new-generation control cash registers is continuing at a rapid pace, and currently, more than 160 new-generation control cash registers have been installed at 32 Azpetrol Oil Company filling stations. The installation of approximately 500 cash registers across the country is planned for the near future. Work is currently underway to integrate the new-generation control cash register with POS terminals, which in turn will further optimize and speed up the refueling process.
