NBA Technologies International LLC is the official distributor of Pax (a global leader in POS terminal manufacturing), Verifone (USA), and GRGBanking (China, ATM equipment manufacturing). Since 2006, the company has accumulated extensive experience in sales and technological innovation across the CIS region.

GRGBanking is a global leader in technological solutions for financial operations, offering products that simplify everyday life. Its portfolio of software, hardware, and services ensures over 485 million operations across sectors such as retail, finance, travel, hospitality, telecommunications, technology, and small enterprises.

Since 2006, NBA Technologies International has operated in the Azerbaijani market. The primary aim of establishing a production facility was to meet the market’s demand for high-quality, user-friendly, and widely applied products—POS terminals.

NBA Technologies International provides integrated payment solutions, including cash registers, POS terminal equipment, management systems, and services. The company cooperates with banks, processing and IT companies, trade and service institutions, transport companies, as well as governmental and commercial entities. POS terminals are ideal for facilitating payments in shops, kiosks, and other retail outlets.

NBA Technologies International LLC is the official distributor of Pax, Verifone (POS terminals), and GRGBanking (ATMs) across CIS countries.

Pax, Verifone, and GRGBanking are global leaders in electronic payment security technologies, offering solutions and expertise for facilitating payment transactions in retail outlets and banks.

Verifone distributes its products in over 120 countries, serving banks, acquirers, processors, major and small retail networks, fuel station chains, stores, and key international partners. Over the past 30 years, its installed base has expanded to millions of POS terminals.

Pax, Verifone, and GRGBanking devices and systems support debit, credit, contactless, and microprocessor cards, prepaid gift certificates, and cashless payments with electronic authorization, conforming to the latest international security standards. They operate with GPRS, CDMA, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. These systems are certified by major international payment organizations, including Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and American Express.

Our operational geography today encompasses Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Tajikistan.


NBA Technologies International has operated in Uzbekistan since 2017.

During this time, the company has supplied over 5,000 next-generation ATMs produced by GRGBanking. It also provides various ATM-related software, such as video monitoring solutions.

NBA Technologies International LLC has successfully introduced multiple models of payment terminals (NBU, KDB, EMPTS, PSB, OFB, Alokabank, Turonbank, etc.) into Uzbekistan’s banking sector.

Currently, the offered terminals and software support integration with processing centers and banks via TIETO protocol (EMTC-GlobUz, Asaka Bank, OFB, Kapital Bank, Ipak Yuli Bank, Hamkor Bank), Smart Vista BPC, TSYS (NBU), as well as Openway and Compass Plus. Furthermore, these systems conform to all PCI and MPS security standards (Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, etc.).


NBA Technologies International LLC serves as the official operator licensed by the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan for smart cash registers. Within this initiative, over 100,000 innovative Android-based Verifone X990 (smart cash registers) were delivered to leading banks, such as Pasha Bank (TIETO processing), Kapital Bank (Compass+), and the International Bank of Azerbaijan (Openway), in 2019.
